Dear Members<\/p>\n

The Board is pleased to present the notice of a Special General Meeting, to be held Wednesday 5th March 2025 at 5:30pm.<\/p>\n

Under the MCC Club Constitution 16.k, the Board is required to hold a Special General Meeting to gain member approval to spend more than 200 times the annual Ordinary Member Subscription Fee in any one project for the Club.<\/p>\n

The Irrigation replacement project has been many years in the making, with the funds now available for this important project to be completed. The Board believe we have negotiated not just a very good contract, but one that is financially advantageous to commit to now, before price increases are due again April 1.<\/p>\n

An explanation of the project forms part of the Notice (below), we look forward to your support.<\/p>\n
