Finals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The GolfWA Junior Pennants season came to a close on Sunday with both MCC Junior Boys Div 4 & Girls Pennant Div 3 Teams playing in the finals against Gosnells. Congratulations to both teams, our Juniors should be proud of themselves for playing well and getting to the Finals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The boys played at Royal Fremantle Golf Club against Gosnells and after close games were defeated. All games were played very well considering the fast greens and competitive players. Great to see the team in finals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Girls played the challenging Joondalup Course and they had a 2 hour delay before teeing off so it was a very long day at 9 hours coming off the Golf course. Leading up to the finals Mandurah girls played exceptionally well and were undefeated in all rounds. After a close game unfortunately, Gosnells claimed the victory in the Finals. Our Mandurah girls should be so proud of themselves, to play their first season of pennant and getting to the finals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you everyone for your support and all the helpers and parents who contributed to making our Pennant season a success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Semi Finals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our Mandurah Country Club Junior Boys & Girls Pennants teams competed in the Semi Final competition yesterday. Our boys played at Mandurah Country Club and the Girls played at Lake Karrinyup Country Club. Great round played by both our teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Boys are in the Division 4 and played Southwest, our Mandurah Juniors had a great come back from last week and defeated South West 3 -1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Girls are in the Division 3 and defeated Royal Perth 4-0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good Luck to our Teams playing in the Final Round on Sunday, both teams will be playing Gosnells. Boys are playing at Royal Fremantle Golf Club and Girls at Joondalup Country Club <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After Round 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our MCC Junior Boys & Girls Pennants teams competed in their 3rd competition yesterday, being Round 3, Our boys played at Lake Karrinyup Country Club and the Girls played at The Vines Golf & Country Club. Great round played by both our teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Boys are in the Division 4 and played Gosnells, they were up against good competition and played well, however Gosnells won 3-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Girls are in the Division 3 and defeated Gosnells 3.5 \u2013 0.5<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Round 4 is Semi Finals<\/strong> \u2013 Good Luck to our Junior Pennant teams on the 19th<\/sup> Feb for the Semi Finals<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boys will be playing their Semi Final round at Mandurah Country Club, Girls will be playing their Semi Final round at Lake Karrinyup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you to the juniors who came along to the Australia Day Dinner to accept their shirts for Sunday\u2019s game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Juniors are also fundraising at the moment with a raffle. If you are in the clubhouse, we would love for you to support the Juniors by buying a raffle ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The raffle will be drawn at the Quiz night on the 17 February 2023 (you do not have to be present to win). For those who are going to the Quiz night, juniors will be doing the fundraising again between rounds \u2013 So please come and support these upcoming little stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
