The 2025 Sutton Shield was held on Sunday 5th October 2025.
The winner of the Men’s Competition was Kevin Bouchier with 41 points. Izaac Heales won Best Gross with 37 points.
The winner of the Women’s Competition was Rosslyn Rossiter with 39 on a count back. Isabella Day won Best Gross with 26 points.

It was another successful day enjoyed by all. Of the 105 contestants, 50% would have gone home with a trophy! It was great to see nearly every person stay for dinner and presentations. The day has grown in popularity due to the effort by Grant and his team, including Sheree and her Bar and Kitchen staff. Also, the fact that we now have it as a shotgun start, has increased it’s popularity. The course was in great shape. We hope that the owners of the land, Tony & Hal Sutton, will be proud of the tradition we have started. We just hope that our children will continue the tradition when we are gone.
