Merry Christmas from MCC for 2023

Dear Members,

Please see below the Christmas operating hours and program.

As per every Christmas holiday period, the course will be extremely busy with members on holiday and bringing guests to play, whilst there is an influx of people to the region and wanting to play golf. If you are playing your regular games, just be mindful of this and please be patient during the next week or two.

I would like to send my personal thanks to all staff and in particular our key Managers, who worked tirelessly all year and in particular this busy festive season. Their effort and passion for the Mandurah Country Club is unquestionable.

A special acknowledgement to our Catering Contractor Sheree from JKL.  Brodie had to take time away with some unforeseen health issues over December and not only has Sheree undertaken all food service for her business, Sheree volunteered to oversee the whole F&B operations for our Club.  This was an amazing gesture and effort, which we are grateful for her commitment and expertise.

To all those that participated in last week’s Spotter Finance Junior Fundraiser Pro Am, we thank you.  Over 100 participants welcomed back some of our Past Pro’s and Club Champions to share in fantastic event. There are already requests to book for next year, which highlights how successful the day was. Well done to Braden and all involved.

On behalf of all Staff, we thank members for their support, patience, good humour and courtesies, that all keep spirits up in striving to help make this a great club for members to enjoy.

We are looking forward to an exciting 2024 and we wish you an enjoyable and safe Festive Season to you and your families.

Regards

Grant Shortland-Jones, General Manager
