Ladies 9 Hole – 2 Person Team Ambrose Golf Competition – “Country & Western”

Yesterday, Tuesday 28 June 2022, 44 ladies enjoyed their second themed 9 hole golf event, this month was a “Country & Western” dress up, with the ladies donning their best cowboy hats, jeans and boots to compete in the Ambrose event followed by lunch, presentations and a line dancing class by Trish Foster – 0429 828 883 a local line dancing teacher, who gave her time and tuition free to the Mandurah Country Club girls. A great time was had by all, with the following winners being presented with prizes from Janet Duncan, Eleni Fitzpatrick, Lesley Fitzpatrick and Elaine McCloud, thank you girls for your contribution. If any other members would like to contribute any prizes to any of our future themed events please contact Sue Hall or Kimberley Ellery.

We look forward to our next themed event in August; everyone is welcome to join us in the clubhouse after golf for our fun mini catwalk and displays featuring some excusive clothing, handbags, shoes and other treasures for you to buy.

All Day Friday Dining – Friday 8th July 2022

The Club Restaurant will return for Friday Dining on Friday 8th July 2022 (this is done on a fortnightly basis) for “Club Night”. The restaurant is open from Midday and continues into the evening. Evening reservations are essential by calling the office on 9581 2968.

Golf Clinics – Term 3, 2022

Are you interested in meeting new people, being active outdoors and learning new skills, then come and join the Term 3 Clinics for 2022 – Details, Dates and times are now available (please see below).

Lessons will be conducted by Peel Golf Academy’s coach Craig Tapp (Tappie). Tappie is a full time coach and has many years of experience. Tappie’s style of teaching is informative and clear within a relaxed environment.
