Membership Subscriptions for 2025/2026 Season – Are now Due!
Your Membership at the Mandurah Country Club automatically renewed on 1 December 2025, and Annual Subscriptions were payable from that date. The Renewals were sent on 28 October to all members via email. If you did not receive your invoice, please contact the office and we’ll be happy to resend you a copy.
Payment due on 1 December 2025.
Members who have not paid their subscriptions — in full, in half, or via a direct debit arrangement — will lose access to the booking system from 1 January 2026.

Office Holiday Closure
Please note that the office will be closed from midday Wednesday, 24 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.

Direct Debit Option
If you pay by a Monthly Direct Debit, your payments will continue as usual unless you advise the office of any changes or updated bank details.

- Your first payment on 1 December included a double subscription (including your MCC fee and other applicable charges), ensuring your membership remains one month in credit.
- Your final payment will be processed on 1 October 2026, with no payment due in November 2026.
Resignations
If you wish to resign your membership, please submit your resignation in writing by emailing admin@mandcountryclub.com.au. Please note that resignation rules will apply.
