Strategic Plan 2026-2030

Strategic Plan 2026-2030

Dear Members,

Please find attached the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.  This is the result of comprehensive efforts undertaken throughout the year. The development process involved:

  •      A member survey, which received over 330 responses—an exceptional level of engagement.
  •      An open workshop for all members—thank you to those who participated.
  •      Review of draft plans by key sub-committees and stakeholders prior to final Board approval.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed, your input has been instrumental.

This Strategic Plan, our third, will serve as a crucial guide for the Board and Club, ensuring continuity and focus amidst changes in volunteers across Committees and the Board. The Plan reinforces our commitment to the Club’s core priorities and upholds accountability in achieving our objectives.

During the summer, the Board and Sub-Committees will identify and prioritise key short-term and long-term strategies and communicate the agenda for the next 12 months.

Thank you for your continued support as we work collaboratively to secure and enhance the future of our Club.

Danielle Hunt,  Director of Governance

Buggy Bay Storage Area Update

Buggy Bay Storage Area Update

The office has now completed the list of members using the Buggy Bay Storage Area!
You’ll find the lists posted on walls inside the shed. Please check that you’re parked in the correct spot.

For bays 51–72 and 73–94, — the office numbers didn’t quite match the floor numbers. If you and your bay neighbour want to chat and swap to suit the wall or the aisle, go for it! As long as your buggy is parked within your allocated area, we’re happy.

And don’t forget — all buggies must have a bag tag with your name attached.

Thanks for keeping the buggy bay organised (and friendly)!

Shareen and Danyelle at the MCC office.
