Week 4 Results – W/ending Sunday 29 March 2026
3 weeks in and our comp is beginning to take shape with no fewer than 18 of us correctly tipping 6 of the 7 matches, so yes folks, we jackpot and this week will see $40 up for grabs. 17 punters secured 5 correct tips with a further 15 banking 4 correct tips. It was a tough week for a few of us who managed 3 tips for the weekend. So as our leaderboard begins to form, it is yours truly out on still with 21 correct tips with drug free bombers hot on my heels also on 21. The scorpion sits on 20 along with kaydee, Daveeyyyy (you go girl!!) and the sneaky from the boonies, Ted just beat Rob last year. There are 10 tippers on 19, with a further 16 on 18 tips. 11 of us sit on 17 while another 7 tippers are on 16. Col, John and Haydos are all on 15 with Cherylhawk holding up the list on 14, time to get moving folks!!
Soooo, the weekly prize jackpots to $40, there was some carnage in the knockout comp with 12 tippers hitting the canvas, leaving 24 of us still in the ring and swinging. The grand final tips are slowly coming in, so don’t forget to send me an email or text and register your grand final winner and margin by week 5.
Week 3 Results – W/ending Sunday 22 March 2026
To our comp and yes there was just one punter who’s skill or perhaps lack thereof managed to see him snare all 7, great work Rob (aka Ted just beat Rob last year) 7 winners taking home the purse of $60, great work mate!! There were several 6’s in there, a good effort from Jimmy, Eric, Tobes, Camber, Mark and KGBlues. The vast majority of us managed 5, although 4 was also a very popular result, and yes Aaron there were even a couple of 3’s in there!
To our leaderboard and Amber has now ascended the throne on top by virtue of margin and on 16 alongside yours truly, Rob and Drug free Bombers. The Scorpion sits in 5th spot on 15 along with Camber24 and Karen Lambers. On 14 tips Gav, Johno4, Manass, Zor, Kaydee and Daveeeeyyyy round out the top 13 as the field starts to settle into the tipping. There was also a bit of carnage in the knockout with 10 punters down for the count over the weekend.
Alrighty then, the weekly prize resets back to $20 and as we head towards round 3, thought needs to be given to your grand final winner, which needs to be in by round 5!
Week 2 Results – W/ending Sunday 15 March 2026
As a result of the unfortunate outcomes on Sunday, no-one managed to snag all 9 tips, so we again jackpot and r2 will see $60 up for grabs. There were however 2 of us collected 8, great work to Amber and Drug free Bombers, 6 of us managed 7, with the vast majority of tippers collecting 6 or 5 tips, although there were a number of 4’s in there as well!. At this early stage our leaderboard see’s The six eyed scorpion on top with 11 and number he shares with Amber, yours truly and drug free bombers. Gav is next on 10 alongside Aaron, Karen and Johno4.
There was a bit of karnage in the knockout comp with 10 tippers falling.

Week 1 Results – W/ending Sunday 8 March 2026
5 games, cant be too hard to pick, but you guessed it, none of us did, in fact there were only 7 of us managed to snag 4 with Aaron Lucas taking early poll position compliments of a superior margin and that means we have our first jackpot for the year so next week will see $40 up for grabs.
Just a heads up, there was no knock out in this round, so for round 1 we all have a clean slate.
We also picked up a couple of late punters so we now stand at 57, with I think one more still to come so that is a great effort, well done all!! a nice prize pool to play for indeed.
Week 1
Welcome Punters!!!
Yes folks, after a grueling pre-season the time has finally arrived for our teams to once again do battle on the haloed football arena’s around the nation!!
And once again it will be a pleasure to bring our footy tipping to you all and Wooohoooo!! we have set a new benchmark with 54 registered punters which is a great result, but there is still time for new and returning members to get onboard.
Now without taking into consideration any late arrivals we will have a total prize pool of $2700.
Prizes will be awarded as follows;
- A weekly $20 prize will be awarded to a punter who tips all 9 winners (also applies to the split rounds) No one gets em all, we jackpot to next week and so on. In the event of multiple winners the first game margin will separate the winner. Should there still be joint winners the prize will be shared.
- A $50 prize will be awarded for a correct tip for the 2 Derbies plus a margin which will also separate the winner
- $50 will go to the tipper who correctly tips the Anzac Day match (Pies v Bombers) again, plus a margin to define the winner.
- Wild Card. Yes folks, new for 2026! As we now have a final 10 not 8, pick the 2 teams who will make up the 9th and 10th places in the correct order and $50 will be yours. Must be in by Round 5.
- The Grand Final prize. Select the team you believe will be the premier in 2026. You selection must be in no later than Round 5 and include a margin. The winner will earn themselves $100
- then the big ones: First place $1050, Second $500, Third $250
Should there be any late arrivals, the major prizes will be adjusted to reflect the available pool of funds.
