Round 3 – Monday 29th July 2024 – Mandurah Country Club

MCC played at MCC, MCC were defeated by Hartfield 0.5 / 3.5.

Round 4 – Monday 5th August 2024 – The Cut

MCC played at The Cut, MCC were defeated by Rockingham 1 / 3.

Club By-Law – Updated June 2024

Dear Members,

The Constitution of the Mandurah Country Club was totally re-written and updated in 2023 and subsequently approved by members at a special meeting on 22 August 2023.

The major project for the Governance Committee this year has been to review and to update the By Laws, so they reflect the Constitution and manner in which the Club is governed.

These By Laws have now been completed and approved by the Board of Directors.  They are available on the web site under the “About Us” section.  You can also request a hard copy at the office.

These updated By Laws provide greater detail on the roles and responsibilities of Directors as well as the Sub Committees they Chair.  There is also now a Code of Conduct for Board Members and Sub Committee Members.  The By Laws also detail the election process of Captains and Vice Captains.

Finally, I would like to thank all that have assisted in the review and completion of this project over the last 6 months.

Congratulations Allayna !! – 5 stars * * * * *

Allayna competed in the State Primary School Champion 2024 yesterday, hosted by GolfWA and School Sports Western Australia played at Melville Glades Golf Club. 

She completed her round with a score of 20 Stableford points which is a personal best for her in this competition and with that became the WA State Primary School Girls Champion for 2024.

With this being her last primary school golf event she was extremely happy with the win. 

Congratulation on your achievement, your parents and MCC are very proud.

Mandurah Country Club want to wish Jason Scrivener all the best for the week ahead. Jason is playing in the US Open to be held at the Pinehurst Resort, North Carolina, Thursday 13th to Sunday 16th June 2024.
